Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability and demand.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
• International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
NTX Clothing Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ntxclothingco.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ntxclothingco.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
